Florida Holiday Rental Homes is a small family owned management company, and we like it that way. So do our owners.
We are fortunate enough to have the experience of being guests, vacation homeowners and now property managers. Like you, we appreciate that guests and owners have very different requirements, but that one interlinks the other. We have developed the skill to make both our homeowners and their guests happy, and we are proud of this achievement.
We make no apology for being small. Like other companies, we grew in size and found that we had to delegate and rely on our staff more than we cared to do. We took the decision to go smaller with the aim of having a few select homes where we can manage them personally. We are licensed to do our own pool service, which means your home will be personally visited by us on a weekly basis. Your home will be inspected by one of us, 99% of the time, before your guests arrive, and welcoming lights left on in the home for their arrival.
As a homeowner, you need to feel that your management company is trustworthy, honest and fair. That they will treat your home, and your funds, as if they were their own. This is exactly what we do.
Being a long way from your investment, communication with your management company is extremely important. Over the last 7 years, we have developed close relationships with our owners, who have become friends, and not just numbers in our company. Fostering good communication between our homeowners and us has done this.
